People love beer. As well they should – beer brings friends together, beer is a symbol of generosity, joy, hospitality, and beer is delicious.

But craft beer has also turned into an arms race where the wackiest labels, the punniest names, and most extreme flavor combinations crowd the fridges of your local stores and the menus of your favorite bars. We think that’s boring.

It’s time to return to beer that tastes like beer. On that core belief we created EBBS, which we have grown from the germ of an idea in an abandoned HVAC warehouse in Williamsburg to the fastest growing craft beer brand in NYC. The brand was developed in partnership with Michael Beirut’s team at Pentagram, and brought to life by my in-house creative team at EBBS.
